Gettry x Medicom Burger Bearbrick

As part of my ‘Material world’ exhibition I created a series of sought after consumer items that have held their value over a number of years. The exhibition was designed to bring into question our attachment to material objects and the price we value them at compared to their actual worth, which is also an interesting theme reflected in the world of art.

Bearbricks are produced in limited edition runs, making them highly collectable items. Second hand bear bricks can cost up to £2500

After creating the 400% Bearbrick, I was commissioned by a collector in Germany to create a 1000% burger Bearbrick
