Leverage your passion

The key to building a business or brand that has longevity and sustainable success, is to build a business that celebrates your magic, leverages your passion and plays to your strengths.

If you are doing something you love, this will help you to withstand the tough times, it will also help you differentiate yourself from others because you are focusing on something that you actually care about. This is authenticity.

I do not recommend following trends or jumping on any bandwagon for the sake of current popularity, you might make a bit of money short term but it won’t be sustainable. Following trends will have you feeling lost and overwhelmed, it can feel inauthentic, you will also burn out. You need to be passionate and fired up

Prompts to help you uncover your magic:

  • What do you offer that no one else does ?

  • What do you believe your magic to be ?

  • What creative processes excite you?

  • What is your gut telling you to do?

  • What scares you about this?

  •  What excites you about this?

  • Your corner of the market

Your corner of the market

Once you know what you’re good at and what really lights you up you need to find your corner of the market that you carve out just for you.

A niche will help people find your brand & connect to your brand

For example, I’m not just a general life coach, I’m a clarity coach for creatives. There are other creative coaches out there but they don’t have my experience or tone of voice, or client results, this makes me unique .

When you refine your audience, your sales will increase, it will also be easier to sell to you audience because it is easier to market to a specific group of people with a specific interest and need. When we try and talk to everyone, we end up talking to no one.

The sweet spot

When thinking about your niche consider the creative and financial stability sweetspot this is the overlap between making work that you are excited to make and actually getting paid for it.

We create financial stability by offering something of value, we need to be solving a problem for our customer and that customer, ideally already knows they have a problem and is ready to pay for a solution and has the money to pay for the solution.

If you are curious about 1:1 coaching with me and you would love to dive deeper into this work you can book a clarity call with me here I can’t wait to meet you!
